Hemingway Daiquiri

After 15 years behind the bar in Los Angeles, Daniel Norman knows his way around a cocktail. His drink of choice is the Hemingway Daiquiri. a Cuban classic born when Earnest Hemingway reportedly asked for his daiquiri with no sugar and twice the rum.

Ingredients

1 tsp - Simple syrup
½ oz - Lime juice
½ oz - Luxardo Maraschino
1 oz - Grapefruit juice
1½ oz - White rum

Instructions

1. Add simple syrup, lime juice, Luxardo Maraschino, grapefruit juice, and white rum into a mixing tin.
2. Ice tin, cover & shake vigorously.
3. Double strain into a martini glass.
