Blue Hawaii

Featured in Episode 4 Part 2 with Roy Brown

Roy wanted more alcohol and, more importantly, more blue. Enter the Blue Hawaii, created by legendary Waikiki bartender Harry Lee in 1957, two years before Hawaii became a state and four years before Elvis made "Blue Hawaii" famous.

Ingredients

1 oz - Sweet & sour mix
½ oz - Blue Curacao
¾ oz - White Rum
¾ oz - Vodka
3 oz - Pineapple juice
Crushed ice (pour over)
Garnish with pineapple wedge & leaves

Instructions

1. Add sweet & sour, pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, white rum, and vodka into a mixing tin.
2. Ice tin, cover & shake vigorously.
3. Pour over crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & leaves.
