Blue Hawaiian

Roy Brown may not know his way around a cocktail shaker, but he knows what he likes: drinks that are blue. Having enjoyed a Blue Hawaiian before, Roy heads behind the bar to finally learn how to make this tropical classic himself.

Ingredients

¾ oz - Cream of Coconut
¾ oz - Blue Curacao
1½ oz - White rum
2 oz - Pineapple juice
Crushed ice (pour over)
Garnish with pineapple wedge & leaves

Instructions

1. Add Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, and white rum into a mixing tin.
2. Ice tin, cover & shake vigorously.
3. Pour over crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & leaves.
